I wanted to know how do i reach customer service by phone so i can speak to a live person? when i called the phone number it went to a automated recording that keeps asking me to enter a block number to continue. What is this block number and how do i fined it so i can get threw to customer service???? This is real frustrating to me and i am very displeased with this product i been having nothing but trouble with this product. It just does not want to work right at all no matter what i try to do. If any one can help me out with this info or if you think you can help me with the burning problem i am having please respond and thank you for your response.
