that's easy :)

First thing you login in to your account with your old email and password.

You can log in on www.magix.com (upper right edge)

After your login in, you will have to clic on "User data" and then on "Change details", put your new email in the proper field.

Thats it, all your software are now registered under the new email

When you have to register the software (first start) you can now use the new email.
