If you are trying to open the Post/Fax menu, then it sounds like you are trying to do an activation.

 

The only activations in Music Maker are the Software Activation and the MP3 Encoder.

 

The MP3 Encoder is a pay for encoder, if you have not yet paid for it, you will need to complete the Order Online function on the Activation screen.

 

If you have previously purchased the codec or this is the Software Activation then you will need to contact sales :

You can send them the Computer ID number which is found in the POST/FAX option on the actual MP3 activation screen. If you are on the software activation screen with your serial number, then you can complete the following :
