Hi

See page 101 in the manual for the digital recorder.

If you do not have the manual you can get it here.

Unfortunately, I cut the sound file from the recorder and pasted it on to my hard drive. Only Then did I discover it was not in wav format but msv.

Is there anything I can do now?

I tried to follow nihon94's suggestion. But I got a malicious software warning from Kaspersky.

Hi

. . . . Is there anything I can do now? . . . .

Use the software specific for the recorder - the link I gave you also has the download for the editor which you can convert the files with.

I would recommend you set the digital recorder to save in mp3 format - I have done this with mine (Sony however different model) - save a lot of hassle converting audio format.
