How do I maintain a uniform audio volume or the same volume for all the audio objects in a track so that my viewers need not run around for remote to increase or decrease the volume when they see my videos?

I am using Magix Edit Pro MX plus ver 18 on my windows 7 System-64 bit/8GB. I cut out 2 video songs from 2 different sources and tried to edit them in MEP. Since the volume levels are different, my viewers are getting irritated when the song sequence changes. One is : using the mouse on the increased volume audio object, i can bring down.  If it is one or 2 audio objects, it is easy. But, if the number of audio objects exceed 10 or 20, it is cumbersome to keep using the mouse.

Even then, it is difficult the maintain the same volume levels for all the audio objects. Kindly help me.

Hi

Right click each audio object and select Normalize - this will bring up the levels of the 'quieter' audio and decrease the levels of the 'loud' audio.

To control the overall audio level select the Mixer (M key) and set the master to  -6db, if this setting is too quiet then set it to -3db.

Hi

John's method is the one you want I think but just a tip - if you want to change a number of audio clips by the same amount you can click the first one and then shift / click the last one (as you would in windows explorer) to select the ones in between, then drag the volume handle up or down and all clips will change together.
