How do I launch my website

I have just joined Magix for hosting a website but I do have experience of website design and launch before.

I have set up a 'model' website to see how it looked when it was published, but I cannot get it working.

I have tried to launch via Magix Webdesigner6 and through Filzilla but neither are published despite them not showing any form of error.

Can anyone please help as I dont know how to resolve this.

If I cant get help I will need to cancel within my trial period and go somewherte else where this works.

I am not sure about any of the Web programs, but I did find out from a Magix rep that if you changed the name structure of the index.htm then you will make it to where the uplaod will not display... why that is, I do not know. I am afraid your best best is to contact Magix.
