You know the sarcasm is not really very useful when posting on a user forum. Have you tried to pick up the telephone and call Magix Sales? I had a problem a few months ago, called the number for the country that I am in and got incredible and fast response and support on my product purchase problem and by the way, it was my own problem and the Magix sales team fixed it. I have also had a need to request technical support from Magix and by logging a support ticket I had very fast response and a very thorough and complete solution. I see that a moderator has replied to your question and that response has been very "client oriented". I am just a user, and in my opinion complaining about a problem on a user forum is probably not the best way to get your problem solved.
Do what Shirt suggests and contact Magix directly.
