How do I insert subtitles onto my video?

I am using Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus on my Windows 7 Computer. I am currently editing a video and I require to insert subtitles onto that video.I have placed the video onto the timeline. Please assist me to insert the subtitles in.

Hi,

Here is a guide on how to add a subtitle. I am using MEP 18, but the steps should be the same.
