How do I import my DVD so I can edit it? mmm15

I have mmm 15. I want to import our band's dvd of a show and edit the songs so i can put them on youtube. I did it once, and I don't seem to be able to do it again. It only has the option to import audio cd tracks. If I go to the cd-rom it just says video ts or something. HELP ME!

That is how DVD is unfortunately.

The DVD which I assume is a video of the band is written in a format that might not be accessible to the Music Maker program. The file will be in a .vob format.

Unfortunately, I am not sure how to get that program to extract it for you. I recommend using something called DVDShrink to rip the video and I believe you can just extract the audio by itself, this you can save it as a .wav file and import that file into Music Maker for editing.
