Hi,

I use Music Maker 16 Premium and to add audio file use File Manager/Other drives etc. Refer screen shot I have taken it from a pdf therefore it might not be crystal clear. File manager is marked in Red click on it then browse. You can also choose CD or other drive. Better read Pdf help file should be inside Program Files, Magix Music Maker 17 folder.

Unfortunately you can not use Mpeg4 following are supported formats

Import : WAV, AIFF, MP3, OGG Vorbis, WMA, QuickTime, MIDI, CD-A1, BMP, JPG, AVI, MXV, WMV
Xport: WAV, AIFF, MP3, OGG Vorbis, WMA, QuickTime, MIDI, BMP, JPG, AVI, MXV, WMV

You have to convert Mpeg4 to any of supported format. Here is a freeware nice free and free from spy ware utility I use. Check the link and only use freeware if you want.

I hope this answer will be helpful if not send detailed message.

Thank you

With movie edit pro you can drag and drop about anything into it. Simple stuff aye :} There are alot of easier ways of doing things in MEP. Just try stuff Ctrl+z will undo anything. And ctrl+y to redo it. And remember always have something in your movie selected to be able to see an use alot of things like effects and such in MEP.

Sorry i see now you said Music Maker. You should just got movie edit pro as awsome music features. But you should still be able to drag and drop in music maker. If not complain to them lol.
