You can import audio files into the program (e.g. for remixing) by dragging & dropping them from the media pool/file browser in the lower part of the screen up into one of the tracks. I have a hunch that there's more to your question, though. Do you have problems importing any particular files? Keep in mind that Music Maker only supports a limited number of formats. Check the documentation for details. Let us know if you still have any specific questions.
