How do I import .ai and .pdf files into Graphic Designer?

I try to import an .ai file or .pdf and I get an error message that "could not find any images in the HTML file"

Why you would receive this particular error message in this context isn't completely clear to me. However, in general you should keep in mind that Magix Xtreme Graphic Designer does not feature the possibility to import PDF. For this you would have to opt for one of the bigger "Xara Xtreme" versions. For AI files, you should try to save them in AI 7 format. You still have the option to do so, even in newer AI versions. Ultimately, how well you can import certain files depends on the particular content. Get in touch with Magix support if you're still having problems.
