First, you need to get what is happening on the screen into an actual motion video file. This can be done via screen capturing. The "Plus" version of Movie Edit Pro 14 has a built-in screen capture feature, but there are also free screen capture programs like CamStudio.

Capture and save the action into a suitable video file format that is supported by Movie Edit Pro and you will be able to import it into the program for further editing.
