Hi.  When you first purchased MEP 17 and installed it,did you create an Account and register the program? If so,you should log in to your Account,and probably find the Activation Code listed somewhere there. If not,try sending a support request direct to Magix/Xara and explain the situation to them. PS: As you obviously can't log in direct from your program,you'll have to visit the relevant website of Maxix/Xara and log in on the Homepage.
