Do you mean how do you install a template/soundpool/theme into MEP 2015?
To install the files:
Open MEP and start a new project.
In the Import tab, Media pane - find and open the the folder with the downoaded file from Catooh, then drag the file on to the timeline.
The file will install.
Otherwise we need more information on what you are trying to do.
