How do I get the audio onto Magix?

When I import a video onto magix, only the video shows up. The audio doesn't even appear on the arranger

More information is needed - which version of MEP and what are the source video format and do they play OK in Windows Media Player or some other media player.

Check you have the following tick box checked in Program Settings
