how do I fade between multi cameras without changing the audio sync.

I am using Magix Pro X 2 to create band videos in live applications. When I try to edit multi camera shoots and sync audio from the main mix station, I am having a problem with maintaining the audio sync. My customer wants to use cross fades between cameras instead of fading through black. How do I keep the audio in line with the video?

Matthew,

After you've done your multi-cam cuts, try a right click and pick 'Edit trimmer...' to add your fades. I've not got any real multi-cam shots to work with but this method seems to extend the ends of objects to achieve cross fades rather than moving the objects and losing audio sync.
