Hi,
You'll have to be more clear. Do you want to delete a previous recording? Is a previous recording bleeding into your new recording ? Do you just want to erase the background noise (people talking and etc.)?

Let us know what you're trying to do,
Justin

Hi Sam,
If you have background sounds that recorded with the sounds you wish to keep then I'm afraid it's not possible (at least not feasible).

Once a source is recorded into a single file it's almost impossible to remove just certain sounds... the only way is to go down to wave for and edit out each sound bit at a time and then stretch the "keeper" audio to fill the gap. The result is an un-natural choppy sound.

You might be able to EQ out some offending noise but not much - the rule is... if you have a noisy recording, you'll have a noisy finished product.
