One single Website Maker account is limited to having one website published at any given point in time. If you have several domain names under that account, they will all point to the same website, which is something that especially commercial websites tend to do in order to e.g. cover different spellings and drive more traffic to the site.

If you want to run two different website, it requires two Website Maker accounts. You would have to cancel one domain again and re-order it under a newly opened Website Maker account. (You can just book additional Website Maker subscriptions online. A boxed version is not necessarily required.)
