Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

First please do not POST IN CAPITALS! It is considered to be shouting and will not endear you to other posters.

Have you checked video sites like YouTube, using search terms like "comping", "mixing", mixdown", "vocal editing", to name but a few?

Put simply, mixing/editing/comping, call it what you will, is a mixture of art and science, the most important components of which are your ears and the best quality listening environment you can afford. Then you need to understand fully what your computer and software are capable of. Beyond that, it's rather down to personal taste!

Sorry if that all sounds a bit flippant, but what you are asking for is so much down to personal taste and preference that any video or similar tutorial is going to be able to offer nothing more than very basic guidelines. Remember, you can post your edited efforts to the Media section of this forum and ask others for their feedback. I see no reason why anything posted there has to be "finished"; a "work in progress" is equally acceptable.
