Hi,

It is not totally clear for me what is your problem in detail, so I start from the beginning.

- Start MP3 Maker
- put in the CD in your Disc Drive at your PC
- if the CD/Disc Drive is not automatically shown in the MP3 Maker (it should!), chose it via a click on the PC symbol (left side, middle)
- now you should see the CD titles in the middle (Explorer)
- make sure that your MP3 player is connceted to the PC
- click on portable (right side), you should see the content of the player in the right list
- klick on Convert Music / all, format (default MP3 192KB) is ok (or change to higher rate)
- convert.....

If what Lazerboy said doen't work; try downloading your CD to your media player. If u have window media player; under burn hit the arrow and select MP3; u can then use your syn.... to transfer the file to your MP3 player: if that doesn't work, open your explore in the start menu and drag the files to your MP3 player: note: DON'T MAKE A FOLDER IF U ARE DRAGGING THE FILES (music won't play) just drag each song by name and put it in your MP3 player and it should work...because some MP3 players won't play files that is in a folder... han......LOL
If u don't have window media, than just put your CD in the drive and open explore and copy all the songs off the CD and paste it in your MP3 plug in....
simple........
