How do I download more virtual instruments?

Im not sure how to download more instruments other than the 6 instruments it comes with

Just download them from the vendor (or a free resource such as http://bedroomproducersblog.com/free-vst-plugins/ ) and put them in the folder specified in Options > Preferences > VST Effects which is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Vstplugins

Note that Sound Forge still doesn't support 64-bit VST plugins or VST3 plugins (please correct me if I'm wrong).
