The question is valid. All the website tells you to do is make a Support Request. But there is no option to do so. The phone number is all you can do. Just call them. It's your only choice.

The website is very misleading.

Go to the Support page, click on Technical support, Magix Login, personal service area, then login. I presume that you already have registered with Magix as you should have done before or after purchasing. If not, then  your will have to create an account and register your software by clicking on the symbol at the top right of every screen to the right of the shopping cart symbol to login to your account, Then select Do you wish to contact Magix Customer service, then select the correct location, then create your ticket.

Note that there are 2 different login places, one is to your account to register and see your software and download your registered software, the other is for support and patches.

I agree that it is not easy to get to the support login screen quickly, so once you find it, add it to you favorites. For me, I just click on it and I am automatically logged in.
