@Cieron-Rawlings If you open the program you'll see the welcome screen. On the right side you should see your user name and unlocked edition. Under that you should see a button to manage your subscriptions.

If Music Maker doesn't recognise your subscription please open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store and the button to re-scan all your Soundpools.

In the past there were users who couldn't see the button to manage subscriptions because they used notebooks with small screens and a sub-HD resolution. Then it can happen that the button isn't visible. Maybe this can also happen if you use text scaling over 100% in Windows.
