How do I change the PC inputs for the keyboard?

So in Magix Music Maker when I open up an instrument and set it to use the keyboard (I;m using my desktop keyboard to play, not an actual instrument which may be why googling this wasn't working for me.

In order to hit certain keys (Mainly D and E in C Minor scale) The default keys for them are <> and other items that don't register unless I press shift, but pressing shift is causing an instrument sample to play.

I've tried fiddling around in the settings, but I feel like I am missing something, I'm fairly new to this program.

Is there any way to change the default keybinds for PC input to the keyboard? and if so how would I go about doing that?

@Craig-Campbell

Hi

This is a known issue with Music Maker

Which version of Music Maker are you using? See under Help, About for the version number.

If it is v 28.0.1.16 or less then you need to update to 28.0.1.17 which fixed works correctly.
