How do I change background color on a video

I have a video clip that I would like to change the background colour or make the backgroung move without the foreground moving.

I am using HP i5vpro

Windows 7

Movie Edit pro 2013

Hi,

You need 2 videos:

The video use to backgound normally is a picture but if you need motion is a regular video same size as your project.

The top video need to be shot using a green screen or a blue screen the green or blue color becomes transparent using the chromakey function.

Check on YouTube green screen How to set it. To try you can use any piece of green tissu like RGB (0,255,0) or Pantone DS 284-3C, a tripod, a good uniform lighting like fluorescent bulb (swirl) 5500K = Daylight.
