how do I change an email address so I can register my product

So, I bought Magix music maker 2014 premium on ebay (second hand) It installed fine, but I can't register for updates/extras because it has allready been registered it. error code -24. How do I change the email he had to my email?? Thanks :-)

Interesting question. I am not going to talk about legal matter of First sale doctrine but it is not good to buy used item and talk loudly in the forum.

Why it is not good to buy registered product? What if the seller is selling the same item to others with the same product key. In that case the prodcut key will be locked.

There is one simple solution. E-mail has been changed for that you must know the older e-mail (get it if you can from the seller) then contact Magix support.
