how do i capture my computer screen image?

Hey everyone! I just got the movie edit pro 2013 and i am trying to figure out how to capture my computer screen. Can you help me please?

Richard,

The red record button under the preview monitor will bring up a source selection screen:

IIRC screen capture is available only in the Plus and Premium version of MEP 2013.
