How do I cange the sample frequency

Video Saver 4.0.

When I try to import a video I get the message that I should choose User defined recording quality. I use the swedish version and don't know the english terms. However, there are three choices: Very high quality, High quality, and User defined. But user defined is grey, so I cannot choose it. How do I proceed?

Hi Eva,

It depends on what you plan to do with the file.  If you want to burn it to DVD, I would choose "very high quality"  if you want to upload it to YouTube, I would choose "high quality".

ps, when you say "sample frequency" do you mean video bit rate or something else?
