Hi,

I can only get information on Magix Xtreme Print Studio Version 5.  As with most programs such as this, the templates are fixed based on certain blank label dimensions, so if the blank label is consistent throught the run, your template setting should be as well.  It sounds like it does work on some labels and not others.  Have a close look at the ones that are aligned and the ones that do not line up and make sure that the labels are identical.  The other problem that occurs in this type of label is how the paper is loaded into the printer.  The paper tray needs to have the guide set perfectly so the paper does not move, and your printer's paper transport mechanism needs to be well aligned.  Any play in the mechanism, worn rollers, etc will cause the paper to feed inconsistenly and produce unreliable results.

You can move the elements of the template by selecting them as a group and shifting them either by the keyboard arrows of the mouse but as far as absolute calibration goes there is no setting.  The calibration needs to happen on the printer provided you can get some pages to align.

Hi,

Only buy DVD sticker to match the template supplied with the software, this avoid calibration.

Manual feed your printer using top feed or use the bottom drawer for best aligment.

If you print a lot of DVD or B-R buy a Canon inkjet priner to print directly on DVD this need a special DVD with a white coating to receive ink. This is the best solution for aligment and quality print.
