Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

Unfortunately I have no idea what you mean by "beatcoin"! A quick Google search suggest it is something to do with trading in Bitcoin; if so, this is most definitely something which no Magix product is able to do.

So, more information from you, please.

Hi Jeff,

JAM did indeed call the virtual currency in Music Maker Jam "Beatcoin", as a little hat tip to the popular cryptocurrency "Bitcoin". 😎

@kannexbeo: Finding an option to purchase Beatcoins should be relatively hard to miss in the app. Just navigate to the "Shop" tab via the button in the lower right-hand corner of your MMJ screen. The title bar will display the number of Beatcoins you currently own in the centre of the screen. If you tap on that, you'll be taken to a new screen, offering you all the different Beatcoins packages.Also, if you choose any musical style in the "Shop" section that you don't have enough Beatcoins for yet, and you're trying to obtain that style, you will also be given the option to initiate the purchase process for Beatcoins. The actual purchase transaction will then be handled via Apple/iTunes or Google/Play Store, depending on the platform you're on.

I hope this helps!

@ralftaro

Hi Ralf.

Many thanks for the info. I don't have MMJ so was completely mystified by the reference to Beatcoins! Now I know.
