How do I add lower third news world?

How do you add a lower third news world title? I'm using Magix Video Pro x 2.5? I have tried to drag news to appropriate spot in arranger and it either goes all the way to end of the video or, if it does go in correct spot it overlays the audio line and the video has a yellow color... I can drag the color down to where only the lower third shows but cant get audio..... or if it jumps to end of video I can't move igt.

#2 What is best practice for keeping intros and outros? Where to keep the videos stored & how to best add them to video.

Do you mean the News caption with the spinning world?

In MEP17 (a cut down version of Pro X) by default the caption length is 10 secs.

The yellow colour occasionally will appear, just moving the timeline marker slight will revert the monitor picture back to normal.

There is no real best practice - it is all down to personal preference. In my case I use a folder structure as shown in the image - this is on a second internal hard drive.

Best practice is to keep good backups.
