Ok now I will suggest please read at least the above two pdf, there are more about various problems I have made.

How to access loops? did you install extra free contents? if so when Magix Music Maker 16 Premium is open turn off easy mode, look top left there MAGIX written under it there are two buttons click on right side. Now you will be able to see Soundpool, File Manager, Synthesizer etc, On the extreme left under Soundpool there are styles choose any then on right side from instruments such as Drum, Bass, Guitar click on it you will see the collection under Add styles. Choose from here and drag and drop on arranger.

About vandal

Drag any object(audio) you like and drop on arranger(a place where squares are made and on left track 1 2 3 is written)then right click the object and from drop down menu choose Audio Effects then Vandal SE click on it and here you go. You see not difficult.
