How did I not get my Cartoon 5 download?

I purchased the vegaspro upgrade with free Cartoon 5, but I did not get a Cartoon 5 download. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products, with the exception of Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum see the Important Posts here.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

I would suggest you post your question there
