How could i commercialize the non-commercial loops?

I was just wondering if i use the loops from Music Maker Jam app and made a song out of it (without the vocal loops), what can i do to use it for commercial use? do i have to pay royalties or buy the software or buy the loops itself?

AFAIK you can not do this with the loops that come with Music Maker Jam.

You can create music with it and share, however, as with all other Magix products, the standard licence with the product is not for commercial use.

Magix products such as Music Maker have Pro versions of the sound loops which have to be purchased and offer greater freedom of use.

The only way to be sure is to contact Magix Sales and ask them.
