@creamusica

I suspect this is a question you need to send direct to Customer Support by using the Contact button in the footer of every forum page.

As a user to user forum I think it is doubtful whether anyone reading and posting here can directly help you.

@creamusica

What happens if you try the route of using the Contact button in the forum footer?

You should see an internet link, which leads to this page:

Enter your registered email address and password and select one of the options on the right hand side.

The contact button link to the previous image. The link.. writing the word email or others.. does not produce results... and the telephone, although you must pay per minute... does not works... so... :-(((

@creamusica

When you say "writing the word email", do you mean that literally (as shown on your screenshot)? Or have you actually done what is requested and "Described your problem" in some detail in the box provided? Once completed, there should be, as the page says, a list of possible "answers" to your question. If none of those "answers" applies in your situation you should then see a button (or similar) to click which allows you to raise a support ticket. (In another thread a Magix staff member suggests you might need to address the ticket to Sales, rather than Technical Support, since you clearly have an "older" product and hence, may not qualify for free technical support.)

I described my problem but the solutions reported are not good. And is impossible to contact with magix. Impossible to buy a support ticket. It is really frustrating. I do not know what to do.

@creamusica

Hi

. . . . I described my problem but the solutions reported are not good. And is impossible to contact with Magix . . . .

I suspect you did not click Siguiente (Next/Continue) after you entered the details of the problem.

This takes you to the next step where you enter your contact details - these may be already filled in, you will have to continue through the stages to complete the process.
