How can I reclaim updates on a new PC?

Hello

My PC sadly died and I now have a new one. I bought a copy of Acid pro 8 some years ago, but through the on screen offers upgraded to 10. My account only recognises the physically purchased package of Pro 8. is there anyway I can get the upgrades back that I paid for?
