How can I pay the difference to upgrade Vegas Pro 19 Edit to Vegas Pro

I recently purchased the special offer to get the Upgrade to Vegas Pro 18 Edit with a free upgrade to Vegas Edit 19 when it became available for a cost of $149.00

That occurred and now I am thinking perhaps I should have gotten the Vegas Pro 19 deal instead of the Edit package. Meanwhile, I have not installed Vegas 19 Edit yet as my PC crashed and I am still rebuilding it at this writing. Is it possible to convert my Vegas 19 Edit to Vegas 19 Pro at this stage of the game and if so, how much would it cost and how do I proceed to do it?

I cannot seem to find a "Contact Us" anywhere on your site anymore. I have been using Vegas since version 4.
