How can I open a ticket for technical assistance?

Hello, I would like to know in detail all the way on your website so that I can open a ticket for technical assistance for products that no longer appear in your catalog, such as Independence?

@Andre_L

Why have you opened what is now a third thread about your problems with Independence??

Please do not do this!  Your second thread has already received replies, requesting more details; you seem to be ignoring those requests.

If you do not want the help of members of the forum, please say so!

As previously advised, the route to create a Support Ticket has not changed since your first post about installation problems, made in September 2020. And as also advised at least twice before, this is NOT our site, we are merely fellow-users.

This page is one route to create a support ticket.

Give me steps to open a ticket with the Technicians

@Andre_L

There is even an item on most of the Support pages that show you exactly how to get to the page to raise a ticket. I suggest that you click on Support at the top of this forum and actually look at the screens and read what you see there.

How do I contact technical support? (magix.info)

@Lebone

Please read the whole of this thread, where clear details are given, including links to the web page where you can raise a Support Ticket.

This thread has now become highly repetitive so will be closed.
