How can I map my Alesis QX49 midi controller TRANSPORT section to the MMM14PREMIUM's TRANSPORT section?

Do you mean MMM 2014?

AFAIK you cannot map the transport controls from a MIDI keyboard within MMM only the instruments eg drum machine,

Can you reassign the transport controls on the Alesis to send the keyboard shortcut codes for the transport controls? The keboard shortcuts are listed in the installed PDF manual - page 279.
