how can i make video overlay with movie edit pro mx premium 18

i am using movie edit pro mx premium 18 with xp-2 pc. i have 2Gb RAM and Intel core-2 duo processor. plz tell me the process of doing video overlay and title overlay effect in magix movie edit pro mx premium 18.

Hello,

Put a video/picture under you top (main) track. You can adjust level of overlay by selecting these objects and pull cursor down or up.
