Hi

We need more information:

  1. Is this the first time you have installed the program?
     
  2. Did the install complete without any errors?
     
  3. If not a first install was the program working previously?
     
  4. Which version of Windows ?
     
  5. If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8?
     
  6. Movie Edit Pro version?
     
  7. What is your computer specification?
