How can I get a movie fill the wide computer screen?

When I imported the movie I shot last night a box appeard asking if I wanted to do something, perhaps change the aspect ratio, but I'm not certain. I usually click "yes" and then the movie fills the screen. This time I did not click on the yes so the movie only partially filled the screen. How do I reverse my decision? Is there some keyboard shortcut?

Hi,

Go in to File, Setting, Movie Setting and you will get this:

Click on the "Video Setting" drop down arrow and you will get these choices:

Choose the setting you want and you are done.
