I have bought Movie Studio 18 Platinum Steam Edition.
I have installed it and there was a warning when I try to open application.
it says " RENEW THE UPDATE SERVICE "
Explanation: " Installs the latest version of the Update Service for your software..."

This is an older version of Movie Studio and the installed Update Service feature of the program has been updated since release in Aug 2021.
I do not know if the Steam edition will allow the feature, which is not necessary for the running of the program, to be un-installed, however you should be able to install the update.

That is the main issue actually. I clicked " START INSTALLATION " button over there but nothing happens. NOTHING.
and this is the worst customer support I have ever seen. This magix company is...pathetic. I'm going to refund this.
There is no option to uninstall that feature...

The forum moderators are not Magix employees but other users. There are no Magix staff openly active on the forums. The staff may well look at posts from time to time (who knows) but they are very seldom if ever, interactive.
We are not customer support. That is what the SUPPORT button at the top of each forum page is for.

As @CubeAce writes, these are user to user forums with no Magix staff present so there is nothing that any of us can do to change anything in the program.
Unfortunately, your first post is really a rant. As such, it is not acceptable; please read the Community rules to be found in the footer of any forum page and to which you agreed when you registered to be a member. Repeated violations of those rules WILL result in a permanent ban.
