I don't know if current Soundforge audio studio or pro has spectral editing, but here's a video about it in sound forge audio studio . Spectral editing is generally the easiest way to go, but you can play with the FFT filter if you don't have a spectral editor, but it might be a real challenge to cut the frequencies out without affecting your other audio.
If you purchased the Humble bundle, then you also acquired the 'Magix video sound cleaning lab'. That application cleans up audio by-design.
