@Leilaangel

Hi,

Photo Explorer? From where? There is no Magix product called "Photo Explorer" as far as I am aware.

@Heich

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Unfortunately, your first post here is asking a completely different question to the one that was the start of this thread. Please do not hijack another user's post in this way, but rather please start a new thread with your question. Your post here has been hidden.

I would also strongly recommend NOT reposting the fourth image unless you edit it to remove or obscure your personal email address, which should never be posted to a public forum like this one.

@Leilaangel

Hi

. . . . after downloading photo explorer to my new laptop, would like to add the new redesigned photo explorer, that i had on my old computer . . . .

Do you mean after downloading Photostory and installing on your new laptop you want this view

If so then this is a setting in the program - click the indicated icon shown in the image below and select the option shown in blue

Hi it seems I have worded my post incorrectly, what I was trying to get help with is, I am using photostory deluxe, and on purchasing it recently I installed it and later, needed to transfer it to my new laptop, so downloaded the program onto my new laptop, but it doesn’t have the updated redesigned photo explorer update so need to find out why and how to achieve this.

@Leilaangel

So, if you look at the third image that @johnebaker posted, the left hand column, first item, do you not have that "Photo Explorer New" option?

@Leilaangel

Thank you for the picture.

The view you have in your image is the Photo Explorer view! If you want to check this, look again at that second image that @johnebaker posted. Click on that symbol on your computer that the arrow in John's post is pointing to and the last option you will see is "Classic view". If you click this your computer will show exactly the same as what John's image shows.
