You can't change the (three) folders you specified in the installation process later. These are your actual installation directories where the program and its various bits and pieces are copied to. If you want the program somewhere else, perform an uninstallation (through the appropriate Windows function) and reinstall it with the desired directory settings. In the program, you can merely change stuff like the default path for projects ("Options" menu => "Path settings") or the location of the recordings (in the actual audio recording dialog). You can move the program itself. This should be done as state above.
