How can I burn a 2.5 hour long movie onto a single DVD?

I have a class play that runs 150 minutes. I would like to burn it onto a single DVD. How can I compress the edited file?

Hi,

yes it is possible, you have to set the bitrate down to 4000 Mbit/s. If it won't work you schould try to alloy the bitrate more.
Otherwise you could take a Double Layer DVD with more storage.

I dont know what file type you have but maybe try "DVD SHRINK" it may help you.
