There has not been a MAC version of Sound Forge for several years and I understand there are no plans to create one, sorry.

For details of how to cancel your purchase and request a refund of your payment please read this web page, especially section 3 which deals with cancellations and refunds for downloaded software.

Still waiting for response. Probably right now is not working hours and i will try to wait until the Monday evening.

And it's not guaranteed that you'll get a response until Monday evening. It might take 4 days until Thursday.
