hi my music maker 14 is crashing alot everytime i try and open a file or sometimes while using the program. i tried lookin for a patch but im from canada and apparently theres none for my language can someone please give advice?

You got two options to try
1. If you can re-install your Magix Music Maker 14 then good follow this:
First check how much hard drive space is left?
then do not run any other program even email, messenger etc. whe you use MMM 14
Un install your MMM 14 then clear browser history and cookies.
Restart computer and install your MMM 14.
If it helps good if not try second option
2. Contact Magix support ask them you need Syscheck(system check utility).
This utility will check your computer system and make a report and send to Magix.
After checking that Magix will guide you what is needed.
Some times we need, driver updates, windows uptade, do you use windows xp, vista or 7?
In which language you need a patch?
It is possible your version is older therefore it is not available.( I am not sure)

well i have another problem!! while i was movin the serial code for my product dissepeared anyway i can get a hold of that to??

Wow, this problem new to me never faced it before.
Does this mean you can not use or re-install MMM 14?
Try clear your browser cookies and history then re start computer and use MMM 14. Some time old cookies create problem.

I think the problem is your computer, i have reach that problem a few time and that is because
i had little memory, I used 512 Mb before and that made my computer to crash, now I have 2 Gb
and I don´t have the problem anymore, try to buy more memory and also see what kind
of proccessor you have, i have P4 2.66 Mhz and that is very nessesary to.
